Full-time Vacancy OFFICE MANAGER A construction company of fifteen (15) years in St. Andrew, is seeking a motivated and qualified Office Manager. The candidate will coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Additionally they will be tasked with creating and maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. This is a salaried position based on qualification and experience. The standard working hours will be weekdays 8am to 5pm. Typical office working condition with full employee benefits. Skills needed: - Proven administrative or corporate experience - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to details and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment - A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements - Must be able to work independently General Responsibilities: - Organize office operations and procedures - Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time - Manage contract and price negotiations with office partners and service providers - Implement and maintain effective record and filing system - Organize the office layout, supplies and equipment - Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires - Address employees queries regarding office management issues - Provide direct support and reports to the Managing Director Schedule meetings and appointments Kindly email your applications and resumes to [email protected] no later than February 10, 2023.
