Requirements
First Degree in a related Field
Minimum 3 year’s experience working on Events and or Live Production
Professional and strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive
Ability to work weekends and flexible work hours
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Requisite Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite
Driver’s License
Core Functions
Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event/ production.
Liaise with client and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
Create production schedules
Manage all production/ event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
Manage production budget & expenses
Book production team, subcontractors, venue, entertainers and all key elements for the Production
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards
Assess an event’s overall success and submit reports
