Location: National Administrative Office – Old Harbour
Reports To: National Ministry Director
JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides a range of administrative and secretarial services to support the day-to-day operation of the National Administrative Office including records management, reports preparation, planning and organization of meetings, maintenance of schedules, communication and office management.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Administration, Management or in related field
CPS certification or equivalent professional certification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
