IT Technical Support Agent

MSSP is looking for a full time, self motivated, customer focused individual to provide remote technical support. Must have secure private home work space with high speed internet connectivity. Should have experience with Remote Monitoring Tools, general Windows user support and knowledge of Microsoft AD/O365 or Google WorkSpace. Experience with VMware V-Sphere, MFA/SSO and MDM/UEM and a desire to learn security technologies is an asset. Email CV and references to [email protected]
