Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer damages, accurately pricing service assessments, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with our technical staff to ensure timely completion of work and accurate billing. This position requires a fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Identify and understand customer damages, providing accurate pricing for service assessments.Greet customers warmly and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their interaction.Collaborate with technical staff to prioritize and complete customer work in a timely manner.Verify and ensure customers are billed accurately according to service assessments.Coordinate with other floor staff to maintain efficient customer service operations.Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.Handle customer issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring resolution. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.Fast learner with a keen attention to detail and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
