CHEF REQUIRED (Continental Breakfast & Local Jamaican Cuisine) **Location**: Great Pond, Jamaica **Hours**: 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM **Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef, local to Great Pond, to prepare delicious continental breakfasts and authentic Jamaican cuisine. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, and have excellent customer service skills. Proven experience is preferred. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and serve continental breakfast and traditional Jamaican dishes - Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Be punctual and ready to work daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM - Responsible for shopping twice per month - Cook for an average of 2 to 16 guests daily - Track expenses and focus on cost-saving measures - Provide excellent customer service to guests - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards **Requirements**: - Must be local to Great Pond - Proven experience as a chef or cook (preferred) - Ability to prepare a range of continental and Jamaican dishes - Punctuality and reliability are essential - Strong attention to detail and food presentation - Good customer service and communication skills **How to Apply**: Please send your resume and details of your experience to [email protected].
