Responsibilities:
Deliver the sales budget for key account clients.
Serve as the primary contact, coordinating and executing all aspects of commercial exchange.
Develop and implement individualized client strategies to enhance service levels and support sales volume growth.
Act as a liaison between operational departments to ensure smooth communication with clients.
Implement a methodical and feasible visit schedule.
Gather relevant client information to prepare quotations and necessary documentation for successful implementation (according to SOPs or SLAs).
Prepare and thoroughly explain SOPs for new services and clients.
Conduct regular client visits.
Identify business opportunities and propose actionable ideas.
Continuously and systematically prepare and present QBRs.
Complete bid/tender documents as required by the client.
Send instructions for closed business in customs.
Submit weekly visit reports.
Create and update client records in the system.
Handle and follow up on client complaints.
Coordinate and validate the submission of reports requested by clients.
Maintain daily communication with the supervisor on key matters.
Conduct internal audits under ISO 9001:2015 and BASC V.6-2022 standards.
Keep procedures under their responsibility updated and in compliance.
Identify and report non-conformities to create opportunities for improvement within the department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or related fields.
Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015
Internal Auditor BASC V.6-2022
