Entry Level IT Technician

Global Systems Source Limited is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including basic TCP/IP concepts. • Document and follow established procedures for IT support and maintenance. • Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions. • Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience. Required Skills: • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. • Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows 10. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and customer service skills to interact with users effectively. • Ability to follow established procedures and documentation. • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Must hold a valid General Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications: • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required. • Basic Graphic Design Skills are a plus but not required. • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
