(Ocho Rios) Requires! ‘Pastry Supervisor’ Applicants should have the following: 1. At least five (5) CXCs to include English, Mathematics and Food Nutrition. (These are desirable but not limited). A tertiary qualification would be advantageous. 2. 4 years’ work experience in cake production, pastry, etc. Able to supervise. 3. Two (2) recommendations to demonstrate a high level of integrity 4.
