ACCOUNTING OFFICER Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare monthly bank/ credit card reconciliations. * QuickBooks Data Entry, Analysis & Reporting * Perform Accounts Payable & Receivable function * Reconcile days' sales & prepare daily lodgement * Filing invoices & approving customer orders based on credit history * Prepare audit schedules * File Statutory & GCT Returns on time * Ensure compliance with corporate responsibilities (companies office etc.) * Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications and requirements: * Must be computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) & QuickBooks * A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role * B.Sc. in Accounting or related field * Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative Send resume & application letter to: [email protected].
