You are consciously beautiful with a passion for healthy skin and hair and the desire to share your knowledge with others. You are the first port of call for product expertise for our customers. You are prepared to adapt to a busy shop floor and have the skills to identify and understand our customers' needs and match those needs with the right products. You have excellent sales and customer service skills and at least one years solid experience in retail sales. You will uphold Earth Elements’ core brand values and culture through your aesthetic and attitude, constantly exceeding customer expectations.
