JOB OPPORTUNITY A rapidly growing distribution company operating in Jamaica is seeking to fill the following vacancy: Field Service Technician Responsibilities · Provide electrical and mechanical services to customers for support during field visits · Tie workflow to a predefined schedule · Provide timely and detailed service reports · Install, configure and calibrate equipment · Train customers in the safe use of equipment · Service and maintain equipment on a daily basis · Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment as needed · Liaise with members of the sales team and other technical experts · Resolve any technical issues that may arise Qualifications, Skills & Requirements · Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or other professional/vocational certification · At least 2 years’ experience in the field · Valid Driver’s License · Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle · Be willing to work flexible hours and travel extensively · Strong problem solving skills · Good customer service skills · Able to understand technical diagrams and manuals · Good organizational skills and ability to work off own initiative · Able to work well under pressure · Able to write routine reports and correspondence Kindly submit your application to [email protected]
