An Established shipping agency is currently seeking a Freight Disbursement Clerk/Accounting Officer (Full time) in Kingston. Key Accountabilities: •Paying special attention to details •Keeping meticulous recors of financial transactions •Issuing the appropriate invoices to customers/agents •Keeping track of amounts owed by ensuring clients' accounts are paid on time and in full •Issuing invoices and update accounts •Tracking expenses •Ensuring financial process of the business is updated by resolving business issues Demonstrated knowledge, skills & experience •Tertiary level qualifications in related field •At least two years proven accounting experience •Working knowledge of Quickbooks software & Microsoft Office •Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and Organization skills.
