An established law firm downtown Kingston seeks a suitable candidate for the post of Office and Human Resource Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Firm and have full charge of the operation of services, office systems and human resource policies.Required Skills/Abilities:*Superior written and verbal communication skills.*Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.*Detail-oriented and professional.*Advanced understanding of office management practices including knowledge of accounting procedures and information systems.*Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.*Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software program.*Ability to maintain confidential records and information.Education and Experience*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.*At least five years of experience in a senior management position.SUBMIT APPLICATION AND RESUME TO: [email protected]
