Job Outline -To provide accurate and timely information to customers and lead agents. -Inbox Management -Call Handling -Providing Customers with renewal information -Payment Request & Payment Processing -Data entry Into agency management system' Applicant qualifications & requirements -Must have at least four CXC or GCE subjects (English & Technology Is a great advantage) -Must have at least 1 year of customer service history -Proficient in Microsoft products and basic computer software -Strong professional verbal and written communication skills of the English language -Must be able to work at least 5 days per week -Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
