An established Shipping Agency invites applicants with the required skills and qualification to fill the post of: Supervisor: *A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field *A Certificate/Diploma in Supervisory Management *Proven leadership and supervisory skills *3 - 5 years’ experience in shipping or a related environment *Computer savvy with excellent working knowledge of MS Office *Strong analytical and critical thinking skills *Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills *Ability to host departmental meetings. *Experience in performing Job Evaluation/Assessments *Ability to write critical incident reports and disciplinary letters. *Good inter-personal and conflict management skills *Willingness to work irregular hours and/or on weekends. *Familiarity with shipping software programs including ASYCUDA IM4/IM8 and PCS Declarations would be an asset.
