Showfa Express Limited seeks an Operations Associate in Mandeville, Manchester RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive and process customer orders via various channels such as Whatsapp, phone calls, or online platforms. - Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery personnel efficiently. - Proactively follow up with customers to provide order status updates and address any delays or concerns. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests for assistance. - Place orders to vendors through phone calls or in-person visits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Engage with customers on social media platforms to address their queries or comments. - Maintain and manage cash flow, including issuing cash float to the delivery personnel and ensuring balance at the end of each day. - Monitor and reconcile cash transactions accurately and efficiently. REQUIREMENTS: - Relevant work experience - Demonstrated math and accounting skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Proficiency in using communication tools such as Whatsapp and other relevant software - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - Familiarity with the Mandeville area - Must have reliable transportation to commute home at night.
