Showfa Express Limited seeks a Delivery Rider in Mandeville, Manchester. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Safely operate a motorcycle to deliver orders to customers in the Mandeville area. - Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Provide friendly and professional customer service during order delivery, including verifying customer information, handling cash payments (if applicable), and resolving any delivery-related issues or inquiries. REQUIREMENTS - Valid driver's licence with riding capability. - Minimum of 2 years of riding experience. - Demonstrated mathematics and accounting skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Must live in or around the Mandeville area. - Good knowledge of the Mandeville area to efficiently navigate and deliver orders. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Must own a working smartphone with a data plan.
