RETAIL STORE MANAGER – KINGSTON

As the store manager you will be responsible for the supervision of store operations and store staff. You have knowledge of retail business fundamentals for sales trends, inventory management, customer shopping patterns and satisfaction as well as pricing and promotions strategies. You will partner with the members of the leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities. You have the ability to develop and lead a high performing team, focused on exceptional service and are prepared to manage the day to day affairs of a busy store.
