Position: Groundsman
Vacancy Type: Vacant
Rate: $375 per hour for 40 hours
Start Date: As Soon as Possible
Payment Type: Per Week
Location: Old Hope Road, Kingston
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Core:
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to take initiative
• Able to read and write
• Polite and well mannered
• Good Knowledge of gardening
• Good knowledge of landscaping
Management Requirement:
• Must have a clean police record

Main Duties:
• Ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of the grounds;
• Maintains and landscapes lawn;
• Maintains and trimmed plants;
• Occasional manning of the main gate and monitoring activities within the community when necessary;
• Performs any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
• Light maintenance skills would be an asset
