SHADOW TEACHING AIDE FOR A GRADE 1 STUDENT IN THE KINGSTON 4 AREA

To support student during school hours to: 1. Understand and follow the instructions and directions issued by the classroom teacher 2. Stay focused and participate appropriately in class 3. Learn academics and other activities in school with ease 4. Communicate and interact appropriately with his classroom teacher and peers 5. Complete homework assignments or any additional school-related work, which may be assigned by his teacher or parents 6. Handle conflicts, negative emotions and develop self-confidence in his abilities Salary: $60,000 per month. Requires: high school graduate with child care experience e.g. babysitting.
