EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - COMPLIANCE OFFICERAmericana Enterprises Ltd seek to identify a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Compliance Officer. Reporting to the Director, the successful Candidate will be required to provide support to the functions of the AML/CFT Compliance Department to ensure that the company operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.What you will do:* Serve as a compliance subject matter expert for assigned areas.* Manage regulatory change management and support functions (Technology).* Monitor legislative/regulatory/enforcement activity and trends for impacts to business line activities.* Provide compliance advice and guidance to business areas and with assigned business projects.* Assist with regulatory and independent examination and serve as liaison with regulators and independent auditors.* Manage assigned staff and conduct appropriate coaching to colleagues on interpretation and application of regulatory requirements to business processes.* Develop and maintain compliance policies and standards that address key risk activities.* Implement any corrective actions or risk mitigation measures and track, report and validate corrective actions.* Provide support in risk assessments and internal audits.* Review and document procedures to ensure secure maintenance and quality of records .*Comply fully with all Cambio policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirementsMust-Have* Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration* Minimum 2 years' experience of regulatory compliance with respect to traditional commercial banking products and services/ cambio operations* Minimum 2 years' of financial services experienceSuitably qualified candidates are invited to submit applications with detailed resume, to [email protected]
