As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Tig Aluminum Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum welding, with a certificate in the field being an asset. Responsibilities: Perform Tig welding on aluminum materials with precision and expertise.Rim straightening experience is highly desirable.Ability to perform reconstruction and modification as required.Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.Consistently meet all repair specifications and standards.Perform visual inspections to ensure service quality standards are met.Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the rim refurbishing industry is an asset.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work well with limited supervision. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Tig aluminum welding.Certificate in welding or related field is preferred.Experience with rim straightening is a plus. Salary range: Starting salary $300,000 upward monthly depending on certifications, skills and experience demonstrated during the testing section of the interview process.
