As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, noisy environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, pricing assessments, cashier duties and providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information pricing and assistance to customers services.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer jobs are done to the highest standard to secure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service in automotive/ mechanic or other related industry.Mathematics and English at CXC levelAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
