(Establish Bakery In Ocho Rios) Requires! (A) Sanitation Supervisor: · Education up to a CXC level · 3 years work experience in a factory or an environment that could be classified as similar. (1) Year at the supervisory level. (B) Assistant to shift Managers: · At least five (5) CXCs to include English, Mathematics or Accounts. A tertiary qualification would be advantageous. · 4 years work experience in a factory or an environment that could be classified as similar. At least (4) years must be supervisory & two (2) years at the management level. (C) Sales Rep: · At least five (3) CXCs to include Mathematics or Accounts. · 2 years work experience in a Sales / cashiering (D) Pastry Trainee (Male): · Education up to a CXC level with pass in Food & Nutrition 1 year experience includes some measure of baking.
