+ Full time job 8am - 5pm M-F.
+ Working with purchasers in processing sales agreements and company lawyer and closing new home sales with goal of creative a positive experience for the new home purchaser.
+ Have good communication skills speaking to purchasers by keeping purchasers updated every few weeks on the status of their home and remain involved in the sales process through handover.
+ Following up with potential purchasers by customer referrals, walk-ins at the office and on-site presentations.
+ Provide management weekly reports
+ Site Visits, Walk thru units with contractor and purchasers and prepare Punchlists.
+ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in New Home Sales and/or Real Estate Sales
+ This position requires the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and have a positive attitude to get the tasks completed.
+ Making copies, scan documents, filing, perform all other duties as assigned.
+ Schedule meetings and/or calls, coordinate and assist with events.
Minimum Requirements for Position:
+ Lives near New Kingston area or within St. Andrew Parish.
+ Minimum High School degree required
+ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Interacts Well with Purchasers, Team Player, Follow Directions from Management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Must be Organized, Excellent time management skills
+ Must have vehicle, and a Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
