PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR —

As the Production Supervisor, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of each project. Work closely with upper management and other support departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, within budget and of the required quality. Motivate and lead the production team to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing cost. Your goal is to ensure that the production process delivers products/projects of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
