Store Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Store Manager!! Are you experienced in retail management and ready for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our small jewelry and clothing stores. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years retail management experience (4–5 years preferred). • 4–5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English. • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. • Ability to motivate staff and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth running. • Supervise, train, and support staff members. • Drive sales performance and meet store objectives. • Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management. • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. • Prepare and submit reports on sales, expenses, and store performance. • Ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and compliant with company standards. • Capture high-quality photos and videos of products and in-store displays for internal use and social media content (not social media management).
