Key Responsibilities: -Oversee outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. -Drive achievement of delivery effectiveness and inventory accuracy targets. -Ensure adherence to inventory management and safety standards. -Supervise and guide warehouse personnel and drivers to maintain a high standard of performance. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining detailed operating records. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Management Studies, or Supply Chain, or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Certification in Inventory Management. Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
